It’s honestly impressive how SANTS manages to be this ***********. I’m shocked they even have ratings above one star — must be a miracle. It took over a month just to get enrolled, and every time I called, I was told “we’re aware of the matter.” Clearly, awareness doesn’t equal action. You’ll wait 15 minutes on hold (if you’re lucky) only to get absolutely nowhere. The only time they’re efficient is when it’s about your money. I cancelled my studies and waited another month for a reply — just to be told I still owe tuition. And judging by all the other reviews, they clearly don’t care about feedback either — because nothing ever changes. If you enjoy being ignored, frustrated, and overcharged for shocking service, SANTS is the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favour and stay far, far away.
If only we could rate 0 stars. Disappointed in the service. Not to mention that my wifi has been down since Sunday. Every time we ask how long it’ll be down for, not only do that say that it’s a new complaint (when we have reference numbers to prove it’s been down for a while) but we are also told that they cannot tell us how long it’ll be down for because when you take your car in to be repaired, they don’t tell you how long it’ll take. Absolutely pathetic.
