I have received the worst service from converse. I ordered on the 26th of November and I still have not received my order. I have sent emails but I have not gotten a response. There is no communication whatsoever with regards to the order. It has been over a month since I have made the order. I am highly disappointed with their service
Horrible service I am very disappointed with the service I received at House & Home. I did a laybye on a stove in January. I have been paying for the past 3 months. I didn't have any issue until I wanted to pay up my balance and the stove. They are now telling that the stove is not in stock. They are saying that it is not available in the country anymore. Why did they make me pay for a stove if they knew that there was no stock. There are no terms and conditions that were given to us to read before us taking the laybye

Sanlam your service is disgusting. I have been calling, sending emails and even going to your branch in Richards bay since last year March but till this day my issue has not been resolved. I am really frustrated about this whole thing.I call almost every week. They are very incompetent and they are delaying this matter for whatsoever reason. Their service is very appalling and disgusting. They have still been taking money from my account even though the policy has matured. They are making inconvenient for me.
