Pathetic service I walked into the showroom, a sales person saw me and greeted me without even standing up and asking me how he can assist me, I greeted him and asked where I can find the parts department. He showed me to the corner in the showroom where a another guy and a lady was standing and chatting, i stood there for about 10 minutes, no one asked me with what they can assist me, both the man and the lady went to the back off the building, i still just stood and waited to be assisted. A while later another guy walked by with his lunch in hand and yelled at me he will be with me now. He finally came and asked how he can assist me, I said I would like a quote ons parts please, he then replied, no the parts department is on the other side of the building and showed me the guy whom I should talk to. I then walked to that part if the building and as I approached the parts department, the guy stood up and came walking out with another guy, looked at me funny and said hed be right with me, I waited and waited, the previous lady then asked me where is the guy that is suppose to help me and I replied he went outside with someone and im still waiting for him. After a while I decided to leave as this is no way to have a customer wait without any helpfull service what so ever. When I walked out the door the "parts department guy" was standing on the sidewalk having a nice chat with the other guy he left with. In store there are poster stating "we are experts" I think this is BS. Maybe experts at waisting peoples time yes. I will rather order my parts from another branch and pay extra to courier it to me. One cannot even start to complain about the service as there is no service to begin with! pathetic for a big branded vehicle branch!!!
