I am extremely disappointed with MSC Cruises and the lack of professionalism in handling my recent booking. I was charged twice for the same account, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I still have not received a refund for the duplicate payment. It has been 51 days since the payment was taken, and I am yet to receive any satisfactory response or action from their customer service team. I’ve provided all necessary documentation to support my claim, but nothing has been done to rectify the situation. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has left me questioning the reliability of MSC Cruises as a company. I expect prompt action and a full refund without further delay. I would caution anyone booking with MSC Cruises, as their customer service is unresponsive and their handling of financial matters is far below expectations.
Worst realtors I've dealt with. Horrible communication. They have declined our application with no good reason and has now does not answer our calls after we requested feedback as to why it was declined.
The service I've been receiving from Nedbank is absolutely poor. I applied for a credit card which got approved. They advised that they'll send my card to the branch of my choice. It's been 2 weeks and I still have not received my card. All the branches in Centurion are closed due to renovations at the same time and everytime I call Nedbank to find out what is going on, they can't assist me because the lady that was assisting me with my application filled my details incorrectly. I've been emailing the lady that assisted me but she is not replying to my emails. Worst service
We went to the Centurion branch on a Sunday to buy couches. It got delivered within two hours by Lungi and Sam. Excellent service from these two gentleman.
