I previously held an account with MTN, but unfortunately, due to consistent network problems and lack of assistance from the service provider, I made the decision to cancel my debit. It was only after this cancellation that they mentioned I'll be assigned a technician to resolve the issues. However, at that point, I was no longer interested. As a result of these frustrations, I was handed over to Nu Debt. Despite settling my account on February 20th, 2024, MTN has failed to update my credit profile to date. Caution: Stay Away From MTN!!
I bought a Sealy bed set from the Sandridge Bed store on 22 July 2023, a month later, I lodged a complaint to them about the quality of the mattress being hard, uncomfortable and made squeaky sounds. My complaint was then taken up by Bravo Brands, who is their supplier. Bravo Brands promised me a call and to send someone to come access the property and take it from there, but to this point, I’ve not had any contact from them. Instead, they’re rejecting my calls.
If I could, I would give them no star at all. These scammers deserve a zero rating. Poor management skills. WiFi is always NOT working Wrongful infringements(their other money-making scam). Beds in BAD condition. No ventilation and lighting in most of their rooms. Cold showers. Ours has to be fixed every day. They recently switched to prepaid electricity. They charged us money for utilities this month, but when the change was made, they cut our electricity off on Friday evening telling us we must buy our own until they reimburse us on Monday (today). HOMii is not worth the money you will pay. Their service is trash, their staff lack basic skills. They will all ignore your emails and calls. We pay R11000, and have stayed here for 2 months, but we’ve had enough already. There’s is no peace here. It’s a series of bad events every day and each day has its own episodes.
