I was disappointed with Tissolli dolphin pots. The quality isn't so great. I received them last week Thursday and I called the store on Friday (the following day) to come collect them. I have been calling and sending WhatsApp messages to these people for the entire week but for some reason they are failing to come collect the pots. I used Payflex and I was avoiding a second debit but unfortunately I will be debited because Tissolli is FAILING to collect these pots. I really don't know what is expected of me but I don't want these pots. I will wait for their response as they try to look good. But I do have all screenshots of the conversations and multiple calls I have made.
I am currently experiencing the worst service from them. I am so livid and it has resulted in them ignoring my emails and calls. This credit and refund thing is an absolute rip off. The consultant would never be clear in their communication, you will just see money deducted from you when you get a statement from PayFast. They have taught me to read t&cs carefully and that even when you keep asking questions they do not give you clear answers via telephone. I had to go through my emails last night to understand some things following my deduction. As we speak, I have been not refunded for my other order and both issues were being dealt with at a go but suddenly I am only paid half for one order.. I am DONE with the store. Waiting to be refunded on my other order. Still no luck, calls are being ignored but answered quickly when I use a different number. WORST SERVICE EVER!
I had items returned to the store (2 separate orders) and they took ages to resolve my issues. It was then returned as a gift card ****tle knowledge about them) because I thought my store would just be credited as they have once done it but they told me things have changed after I inquired. My issue was the gift cards was that I can't use them at a go and felt it would be expensive to have to buy so that I can use the "gift cards" . Ok I was told I can use them at a go. I attempted and it still required me to spend again and I said I can't so they must refund me. The lady never indicated nor communicated the implications when I called her. I only saw from a statement of PayFast that money was deducted from me. My advise, read your t&cs carefully. These tellers won't tell you anything even when they can hear via telephone that you are not aware of the implications. Today when I call to say they must pay my second order, I am not getting any help.
