I had the most satisfying experience, i needed a emergency script collected today at Wilropark Pharmacy, the staff was effective friendly and very help full, they explained in detail how the meds must be used, i was n great experience will definitely make use of the service again, Thank you to all the Staff
I am very very disappointed in the customar service from MTN and Mondo I was looking to move all my contracts from my current service provider to MTN, I app**** online and via phone on 29 January 2024 for a contract at MTN. I was requested to submit documentation by the consultant, I emailed my documentation as requested for the application of the contract to MTN, and the agent indicated that it will be 3 days until feedback can be given. i have received numerous SMS and email messages requesting that i need to send my documentation to MTN Mondo which i have done as indicated below to:mtnapplications@mondo.co.za date:Feb 3, 2024, 12:42 PM to:mtnapplications@mondo.co.za date:Jan 30, 2024, 12:22 PM to:customercare@mondo.co.za date:Jan 29, 2024, 3:09 PM I KEEP ON RECEIVING DAILY SMS AND EMAIL ASKING FOR THE DOCUMENTATION TO BE UPLOADED I PHONED MTN CUSTOMER CARE ON THE 06TH OF FEBRUARY AND THE CONSULTANT INFORMED ME THAT ALL MY DOCUMENTATION HAS BEEN UP LOADED ON THE SYSTEM SHE CAN NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK Due to your lack of completing/approving this contract within 3 to 5 days as said by MTN consultant, and it now has reach 15 days I am very worried on what the level of service will be in the future or if there will be any I find the service from MTN and Mondo nothing but poor, due to the lack of response and assistance i think that i will have to be taking my business to another provider

I asked BONCAPS to send me a list of medical practitioners in the Jhb area so I can update my medical health practitioners, send n confirmation email to BONCAPS on 29 July 2021 with the names as supplied by BONCAPS General - Family Practitioner Network-MEDSCHEME-BON-BonCap Option . On 02 August 2021 I Phoned BONCAPS to confirm if they have read and approved my selection of BONCAPS Medical Practitioners just to be informed that no both the Medical Health Care Practitioners on my letter are not part of BONCAPS, there contracts have expired on March 2021. NOW I am seriously worried , you rush to see a practitioner which is on you Medical scheme only to find out that their contract has ended and no one is informed you it is not like you and the Doc is house friends this is the second time that the administration of BONCAPS is an utter disappointment. disappointment is not the word I am looking for I will move my business to another medical scheme the promises and advertising and the service is not close the same which is pity BONCAPS if you have not noticed there is a thing call service question this is not the first time I am So if you don't phone to dru boncaos on phoned today to confirm if my selected medical practitioners have been readorm of
Bonitas must be the worst medical fund in the history, their communication and will to assist is lacking or does not exist at all. How many time must a claim be submitted, when you submit a claims they come with the excuse that they did not receive the paper work and cannot refund you. You must resubmit and send proof that you did submitted the claim in the first place, Maybe their way of working is to frustrate clients and waist time to delay the refunding of claims who knows. then comes the new and best excuse " We can assist you now due to Covid " or " We cant refund you because your claim is older than four months, EXCUSE ME BONITAS WHO LOST THE PAPER WORK IN THE FIRST PLACE !!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAD REAL HIGH EXPECTATIONS FROM BONITAS BUT I AM SORRY TO SAY WORST MEDICAL FUND EVER I WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH EVERYBODY WRT TO THE PATHETIC SERVICE I WILL BE MOVING TO ANOTHER MEDICAL FUND Bonitas I am very disappointed in your pathetic service
