Rude customer service
In December, I purchased a Samsung from mr price. 4 months later I crashed my motorcycle and ended up crackling my phone's screen. According to my warranty that comes in my box, the first screen replacement is free. So I went back to Mr Price where i bought the phone and asked if they would send it in for repairs due to the warranty still being in tact. Once I got there the manager looked at me and said will not book it in due to physical damage. I explained to him that the warranty is still in tact and would like my phone to be repaired, he then replied that it's not his problem and laughed in my face. I spend a fair amount of money with Mr Price and was not expecting this type of service.

Brilliance
Puzey AKA Bikers Warehouse Randburg? Is my absolute favorite store to visit, the staff are helpful, polite and very pleasant to work with. And to top that they have a brilliant selection of gear and just as many bikes to go with it. If I could I would give this store 10 Stars.
