I have only experienced the best service from the bikers warehouse team. Anytime I had an issue with my bike, they had no problems assisting me with precision and speed. I have absolutely no complaints about them as they treat me with kindness always. My bike comes out perfectly after each service or repairs without having that worry that you will get stuck on the side of the road again, I can count on them when ever I'm in a difficult situation. Personal thanks to the following people in the bikers warehouse team: Devon Charlton Izzy Charles Sean Kiara Bianca I'm very grateful for the help and service you guys all give me.

I took my 3 wheel bicycle to Bikers warehouse for them to sort out the electric motor, controller and throttle. What amazing service from them especially the workshop manager Shaun. He went the extra mile to sort my bicycle out. Friendly service at it's best. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend bunch of people bent over backwards to sort my problem. Kind regards Johann Jooste

Terrible customer service followed by blatant lies and arrogance from both johan and wayne “general manager”. Wasted two days of my time to get a simple puncture sorted and braking my motorcycle n the proses when loading it.

Puzey AKA Bikers Warehouse Randburg? Is my absolute favorite store to visit, the staff are helpful, polite and very pleasant to work with. And to top that they have a brilliant selection of gear and just as many bikes to go with it. If I could I would give this store 10 Stars.

I recently bought a Suzuki bandit 400, I took the motorbike to Bikerswharehouse to be fixed as I was experiencing carburetor issues. I first received a estimated quote from bikers warehouse on the 1st December 2020 of an amount of R2920.15 which I agreed to. The bike stayed over night, after which I received a email to tell me that they won’t be offering any workmanship or garentee on the work that was done, shortly after I received a invoice for R3037.30 which I had to pay so that my bike could be released to me. I drove the bike for 2 days to we’re my problems came back, Bikerswharehouse had informed me that I have a problematic bike (this I know, I wouldn’t have sent it to them if it wasn’t) and that parts were damaged, to which they didn’t offer replacement of, they only advised me to go buy a second hand carburetor as Suzuki did not have stock of. I was forced to pay for something that at the end of the day I did not benefit from, money thrown away due to no garentee, I had no say in the matter as it was not communicated with me prior to the invoice. Now is this not bad workmanship as I have to pay again for my replacement carburetor to be installed? I require compensation or 50% refund on the amount paid because I feel that this is not right and ripping someone off in the manner they did is unacceptable!

I called Puzey Motorcycles looking for a water pump. I called and had an unpleasant experience with a lady that answered the phone as if they were doing me a favour by answering the phone. But still I continued and got transferred to the parts dept and the guy I spoke to was 'too busy' to assist but would call me back with price. This was 01 June at 10h31 He is still busy??? Shocking to say the least... You'd think with Covid-19 businesses would be going the extra mile to retain customers.

I suggest you steer clear of this mendacious lot. They will unabashedly tell stories to get your business, and when you catch them out and confront them, they won't acknowledge their underhandedness, let alone attempt to make up for it. I ordered a spare part because I was assured with great conviction and cer*****y that it had already been ordered and was on its way to BW as we spoke, so that I could have it ASAP. Four days later, they email me to say that I have to pay up front before they can order the part. ***? Then they try and make it look like I'm to blame because I was supposedly unsure about which part I wanted, when all along I pointed out the correct part to them as listed on their own website on two distinct occasions! When I challenged them on their business/customer practices--yes, that would be you, Damon and Kerry--they suddenly fell curiously silent. And in case anyone thinks I'm making stuff up, I have a documented trail of corroborating emails--not that I expect them to care one way or the other, given the treatment received thus far. Great bit of accountability, competence, and integrity, guys. Truly inspiring.

I had the most unpleasant experience servicing my motorbike at Bikers Warehouse. After taking more than two weeks, they informed me that they could not fix the problem and that I should collect the bike. I took it to another person (not even a mechanic) to look at who fixed the problem, which turned out to be a small issue, in under 10 minutes. However the person showed me that Bikers Warehouse had in a "spay and pray" approach stripped a bunch of wiring, shorted it out, and in the process blown the ECU (an expensive and difficult to replace item). In trying to resolve this have left numerous messages for Mike Puzey the owner, who refuses to return my call.
