Incompetence

I called Puzey Motorcycles looking for a water pump. I called and had an unpleasant experience with a lady that answered the phone as if they were doing me a favour by answering the phone. But still I continued and got transferred to the parts dept and the guy I spoke to was 'too busy' to assist but would call me back with price. This was 01 June at 10h31 He is still busy???

Shocking to say the least... You'd think with Covid-19 businesses would be going the extra mile to retain customers.
