I made an arrangement with alliance cc a lady named Patients phoned me last year regarding my Isabella Garcia account. The amount owed was paid long time ago and no statements was ever send to me. The funny thing is they are still deducting from my acount and all the numbers I have suddenly does not exist. They don't assist at all

Finchoice worst customer service experience
Finchoice by far has the worst customer care service ever. After phoning them multiple times and ask for assistance they don't assist you as a client the first time you phone, they tell you that they can not assist you and keeps on putting you through to someone else to assist. Eventually when you are assisted they tell you that a query has been sent and the matter will be resolved which by the way does not happen. They try to debit money from your account on the 20th of the month then the 24th,25th and 27th of the month leaving you with unpaids on your bank statements. I tried to address the problem the first time but instead the customer care service team are very rude and does not really seems as if they are willing to assist you. Because of Finchoice my credit score was affected.
