I brought a sneaker from Bathu and used the PayJustNow option. It was on April and first time using that payment method. I payed all 3 installments before their due dates and now they say I need to pay the last installment.Last month I’ve sent emails regarding the status and payment reminder smses that I’m receiving,they rep**** saying they see I’ve payed all installments and they’ll fix my status. This month again I’m receiving payment reminder and I contacted them through their app,they say I need to pay the last payment and since I didn’t have money on my account their debit was declined and I was charged for declining. What’s ****ing me off is that I payed before the due dates and sent them emails they said they see I payed they’ll fix it but they are still trying to deduct from my account and I’m charged that’s causing bad reputation as an account holder.
It’s been 2 months not getting any response regarding my Arthur ford loyalty reward login details. I’ve sent countless pleading emails asking for assistance since the 09th of June 2023 until today there’s no response,their customer service is very bad! Today I sent another one ,hoping hellopeter will interfere and help me with this issue because I want to redeem my loyalty points.
