Not sure if anyone in SA is experiencing this ... i swipe or withdraw funds and an sms is supposed to come immediatly within a few seconds. The withdrawal says 10am but when i get the sms it says 11:20 am is this A VODACOM OR FNB issue . Imagine i have *****ulant activity on my account i'll never know !!!!!
I ordered 1kg of beef ribs today 05 April 2022 from Schwarma Co in Norwood i get home and guess what i land up sucking the sauce off more of the bone than eating meat. i have a video and pics and ive posted it to mates the owners know what they ordering from the Butchery / supplier. They pulling the wool over the customers eyes and no one gives a _ _ _ _ The last time i ate there and weeks apart short ribs, that was satisfying and worth it I am a regular customer and thats NOT ON!! i wont be ordering ribs any more I weighed the ribs and fat and it came to 660grams and i paid R260 for 1kg i may as well eat a rump or fillet for that amount Next time open up your food and check before i should have but trusting these restauranteurs is a thing of the past
Your client Webafrica are bringing your name into disrepute!! I have been fighting with them for over 7 months and to no avail should i say anything has been done or has been escalated to any department!!! You Vuma support these white collar criminals charging customers for non ACTIVE fiber line and on top of that WEBAFRICA wont release my line until i have paid !!!! PAID FOR WHAT ??????? which means you wont release my line and make it public domain so i can move on with my life!!!! Vuma you need to WAKE UP and credit check your clients before they pull the wool over your eyes and ***** customers such as myself and give you a bad name!!! All this deceptive advertising and still getting away with it!!!
So i finally got a response from these wally's called WEBAFRICA like 2 months later. I honestly think they do this so that the customer cant get their line rental released unless they action it whether you in the right or wrong and you pay them you will never get your money back . so its a double F_ _k on your side!!! After fighting over email shame this woman gave in and shot herself in the foot but i dont have a response looks like i'll be waiting another 6 months !! check following email
WEBAFRICA are a bunch of f---ing crooks these white collar crimals and VUMA supports these crims *** ..... never in my life had a service provider that delivers hot air and i must pay for it
Guys check this out these WEBAFRICA white collar criminals want to send me to their legal department to retrieve their funds which i reversed for a non activated line rental over 3 months. Not one mb was downloaded NO FIBRE NO PAY they can stand on their heads
Webafrica are a bunch of Skebengas!!! They charged me and are still charging me for fibre service thats inactive. This is a breach of their service level agreement. Any one company that cannot provide their own service they advertise on their website should be taken to task!!! That means I have not gone live since inception of my contract!!!! They wont release my line until I pay which means Vumatel wont assist and other service providers cant assist either. Absolute fraud !!! SMOKE AND MIRRORS DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM YOU WILL BE SOOOOOO SORRY
Please note Webafrica i have given you ample time to reimburse me for a fibre service you couldnt get right the first time and the umpteenth time you charged me R1040 and reversed on my FNB account . ive waited 3 weeks and nothing then you cahrge me again 02 June 2021 R998 and for WHAT????? i cancelled my account with you because your service is atrocious. no on can get through to you. THIS IS A SCAM I URGE ALL YOU SOUTH AFRICANS TO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS . R399 per month is a total farce dont get caught i will get my money back and i will go to OMBUDSMAN
