Buyer Beware - Don't Buy from Roto Tank
Roto Tank state that the lead time to deliver an order is approx.10 working days!! I ordered 2 tanks on the 05th November 2023 and received them in the first week of Dec (4 weeks later). I order 1 tank on the 22nd Feb 2024 and still haven't received the tank. Today is the 20th March 2024. My suggestion to everyone thinking of buying a tank from Roto Tank is DON'T. Their promises are worth nothing!!! Furthermore Buyer Beware: The 750L Silo is in fact a 550L Silo. Roto Tank refuse to change their price list and continue selling it as a 750L Silo. I notified them of this 2 years ago and they have done nothing about this.

DONT USE: ON PAR PROJECTS
After scanning Social Media, I find that I am not the only one to experience the same disaster. On Par Projects, owned by Lawrence Parfitt, must rate as the very worst company in Cape Town. If you are thinking about renovations or additions, On Par Projects must never ever be contracted for any work of any kind. If you are still foolish enough to proceed with this trash company after reading this review, do not pay for anything up front and purchase everything directly from the suppliers. - The workmanship is the very worst I have experienced. - Management or supervision does not exist. - Promises are many while deliverables do not materialize. - Timescales are out of the ball park. - After 5 months our bathroom renovation is yet to be completed with no chance of it ever being completed by this trash company. For this reason we are taking legal action against Parfitt and On Par Projects.

Inefficient and Incompetent Restaurant
Take note that this hotel is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. We booked a Sunday lunch for a guests birthday. We booked 2 weeks ahead of time by physically going to the restaurant for a light meal. When booking, we were offered a set menu or a' la carte. We booked a set menu for 9 guests. When we arrived the table was not ready and there was no set menu. The restaurant was also not fully booked in fact it was probably half full. Some items on the a' la carte menu were also not available. The waiter got some orders mixed up. And to top it all, we were charged for items on the bill we did not order. Except for location, this hotel, service and quality of food deserves a 1 star rating. But that's not all. My wife got food poisoning from a chicken dish and was sick for 5 days. What a disaster!! Do not try this restaurant - ever.
