Automagic Rustenburg Is the Worst. They damage cars
Automatic Rustenburg is the worst, took my car for mirror cover respray. When they stripped the cover they broke it and tried to hide it with glue/silicon, I only found out when the cover fell as few days later. Took it back in and they insist that the cover clips were broken even though I took the car in with everything intact and they do not have pictures to show or anything. Now they are refusing to pay for the mirror cover. Took my car in for R500 job and now I have to buy a mirror costing +R3k. Not even in a million years will I refer this place to anyone. To make things worse, I called the Customer service and they tell me that can’t help because it was cash not insurance. So meaning it makes me less important since im not a big cooperation.

Worst Claim process and unnecessary runarounds
Having worst claim experience i have ever had with any insurance company. The validations consultant was giving a run-around when I called and spoke to her supervisor about the way she’s handling the claim, he asked me “so you thought just because you have an insurance policy when you have an accident do you expect us to pay?” Like really? What is an insurance policy for…?
