THE WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER!! Why anyone or reputable company in their right mind would use this appalling company is beyond me. Return parcel collections for Temu are non-existent with Skynet. Their promises are nothing but lies and their deliberate delay in return collections, is a disgusting, common tactic, used in order to avoid having to collect return parcels from remote areas. I have reference numbers provided by Skynet for return collection dates, however, the reference numbers now mysteriously don't exist on the Skynet system - no verification process available and according to Skynet staff, the process has to be restarted - this is deliberate in order for the return to "time out" with the merchant, who only gives you 30-days in which to return the parcel. I have the dates and names of each person I have spoken to at Skynet, however, none of these individuals can verify discussions, telephone calls or reference numbers, they, themselves provided. Don’t be surprised when this company closes their doors - Skynet is nothing but a ****!
I would like to commend Cecilia Olivier (Claims Consultant at Brolink) for going beyond the extra mile and personally traveling to collect my client's documentation for a vehicle write-off claim. She travelled kilometres out of her way in order to assist the client, thereby ensuring safe delivery of important personal documents. Her unwavering kindness, assistance and professional service never ceases to amaze me. Thank you, Cecilia you are an absolute STAR!
