Extremely Disappointed with Geewiz – Misleading Pricing and Poor Communication I recently attempted to purchase 522 units of Volkano stock from Geewiz, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The price I was quoted was the same as what was being advertised widely across MSN and other platforms. However, when I proceeded to place the order, the invoice reflected a price that was over 450% higher than the original quote. Throughout the enquiry process, I made several attempts to contact the Geewiz sales representative by phone, leaving multiple messages. Unfortunately, getting hold of anyone was incredibly difficult. When I finally received the inflated invoice and called again, the rep said she would speak to management and get back to me. That was the last I heard from them. Now, I’m left in an embarrassing position with my own client, having to explain a situation that should never have occurred. Geewiz has since shifted the blame to Volkano, claiming they changed the prices — but that doesn’t excuse the lack of transparency or the poor communication throughout this process. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Geewiz as a supplier. I expected professionalism and accountability, and unfortunately, I received neither.
I also received a call apparently from Absa. This must be a syndicate buying info as they had my old ID linked to a bank account that was closed in 2013. I see all the reviews. Has anyone got a police claim number?

Not even worth the one star. Absolutely shocking service and even worse customer service. They sold an incorrect policy to my domestic worker who pays R500 from her little wages, we have been trying to get the recording for over 4 months. I call, I email, I whatsapp - no response. They are ripping off the poor and don't even care. When you call in, they use your airtime to advertise the various ways of contacting them for 20 minutes before the line cuts off. I have tweeted about this too, no response. They simply do not care
