horrible company to deal with
Absolutely annoying, You make payment then they duplicate the payment by debiting your account, A million excuses not to refund you 4 weeks later from trying to get the refund I realize its not going to happen. Absolutely hate dealing with them

Shocking company
This is a company stating they deal with financial wellness, whos financial wellness if they deduct child support from the fathers salary and don't pay it to the child!!!! Its discusting, and they are in contempt of court!!! They are *****ing from minors. this is a child's education and bread and butter money they toying with. It is absolutely shocking that a company would rely on the DCM Group to handle their matters.

Surely this is not legal
Taking people for a ride, In fact they scamming people....... They dont allocate months of payments to your account "they haven't picked it up" and then continue to harrass you with threatening sms's tc to charge their legal fees. Eventually you are forced to contact them, do the work for them by sending in your pop that they have not captured, get a balance which shows that you have in fact paid off the amount owing and then they charge you another R600.00 for the communication on the day that came from your side because they've ignored your payments.
