Please people DO NOT use these people. They never answer their phone or respond to email. Sadly, you can't give them 0 starts. We placed an order on the 1st of May and since then no movement or feedback regarding our order. I phone them even at 9 in the morning when the open and was first in line for 60 min with no one answering. I've sent a cancelation email and demanded my money back, will have to see if they respond. Which we can just take them to court and force them to close down.
If you struggle with debt and dont' know what to do, I can highly recommend GDC. Leandie and her team are so professional and helpful. They've helped me and today I'm debt free.

They just tried to deduct R321 illegally from my account. I never signed up for this, we don't even have a garden why would I by garden things if I don't have a garden. I had to phone the bank to stop my card and will have to go and get a replacement card
I’ve been having a problem with MTN since April regarding my payment I’ve been a loyal MT customer over 20 years now. About 16 years ago I went from Debit order payment to EFT payment because MTN deducts the monthly instalment on any time and not on the debit order date given (I get paid the last day of the month and asked for the debit order to be deducted on that day then they will deduct on the 26th for example) In April I made my monthly payment like every month on Wednesday 31st March only for my phone to be suspended 2 days later. I send them the proof of payment and I had to pay activation fee as well, which is not fair as I did pay my account. The excuse I got when I phoned was that it was Easter Weekend and nobody worked in the accounts department. So we continued with the same story. This month again. Made payment on Monday 31 May @ 8:14 on Wednesday 2 June they suspended my line yet again. I lost a half a day’s work (get paid per hour worked so lost a half of days pay). My account activated again. Now they tell me because I am a cash pay I need to phone them before the end of each month to let them know that I will pay, this is apparently a new thing (there was no communication about this at all and never had this issue before.0 I tried to complain at the complaints department but that does not help because they NEVER respond to any emails. I still have 1 year to go on my current contracts but after this I am going to cancel my contracts at MTN and going to find a service provider who actually cares about their customers.
