My cell number has been disconnected and no one can tell me why. I have called the call centre multiple times with no one giving me a valid reason why my mobile number no longer exists. I have also gone to the store and my Telkom profile has completely disappeared. This is really frustrating as I am on the job market and may be missing important calls. What makes me sadder is that I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years!!
Used Rent A Store’s move-in transport service. My marble coffee table feel out of the moving tuck in transit and was completely shattered. Company admitted fault agreeing that safety protocols weren’t followed but hid behind a liability clause to deny compensation. No insurance, no help—just apologies. Disappointed by the lack of care!
I am extremely disappointed by the non payment of the unemployment retrenchment premium on my credit card and access facility which has now been outstanding for over SIX months. Despite sending multiple inquiries to the relevant department, and making numerous calls, I have yet to receive any form of response or explanation on why these payments have stopped even though I am still unemployed. This non-payment has directly impacted my credit score and financial stability, creating unnecessary stress and long-term consequences. I have no choice to escalate this matter to the banking ombudsman because I had insurance on my credit card and access facility to cover me for retrenchment. I have supp**** all my 6 months bank statements to show that I am still unemployed and have received no response from Capitec. This has negatively impacted my mental health.

Firstly I have been trying to cancel my month to month with them for over a year now. Last month they did not run the debit order and my account fell in arrears, I called and emailed them to deduct and when they finally did they did not update their accounts. I have called, emailed and gone to their store at mall of Africa several times to have this sorted. Their service is appalling
