Firstly the beds are good quality, however they did debit my account for an additional 2 months after my contract has ended and this has been for 2 months now that i have been trying to resolve this and get my money back, they owe me a total of R 1796 which is a lot of money and they have the cheeck to tell me they do not refund, i have been in contact with numerous people in accounts, my sales agent and apparently they advised me(I have the message) that the CEO advised this is not refundable even though he will TRY to stop my debits in the meantime to make up this amount, also once again empty promises an d i never agreed to this I want a refund as this was my money taken for no reason I honestly feel they stole from me, admitted they have credit for me but WILL NOT REFUND me, this is a shame and scandal that companies are quick to threaten you and indicate you owe them but will not refunds an individual
The service received is really bad, i have been in contact with Home choice since May 2024, regarding my paid up letter, no one at the home choice department can help me and the Legal department is just not answering any calls, I received emails from them on the 7th of November that stated my account will be updated within 48 working hours, and guess what, still nothing from them, it feels like they are quick to take people's money and still block them everywhere and just don't care about their customers and never update their systems, i have paid up my account in May and after 6 months they are still not updating their systems
