Homechoice Legal department just don't care and don't take calls
The service received is really bad, i have been in contact with Home choice since May 2024, regarding my paid up letter, no one at the home choice department can help me and the Legal department is just not answering any calls, I received emails from them on the 7th of November that stated my account will be updated within 48 working hours, and guess what, still nothing from them, it feels like they are quick to take people's money and still block them everywhere and just don't care about their customers and never update their systems, i have paid up my account in May and after 6 months they are still not updating their systems1 reply
