I am not happy with how this company is handling my case. They never return calls or emails and do not provide updates. I have been waiting for a call back since 21 September. The CEO's office email address is a farce meant to make customers feel that someone will take them seriously, but no one responds there either. On 13 September I emailed 8 people - and nothing has happened since then.
I logged a query with Debtbusters more than 3 months ago regarding an account that was restructured. They shrugged off the matter and it was not resolved even when I asked them to keep the ticket open and get back to me ASAP. This was May. Is ASAP 2 months in your book? I am very disappointed that they have not taken the time to attend to the query properly and have left me paying additional interest for something that they cannot explain. I am paying them to sort out queries like this but they don't seem to care.
Very unprofessional service from Debbie Visser. Totally non-responsive and uncommunicative. They do not care about following the law when it comes to rentals and this has been proven by the Rental Housing Tribunal. The principal does not bother to intervene or assist in any way. If only there was an option to give zero stars. They do not even deserve half a star. Pathetic to say the least.
