How do you have 4 missed payments in one on one account? Do this people check this reports or a machine does it, misrepresentation of information isn't that ******* or something?

What is a cancelation fee for when a contract has ended.
I took out a tracking contract with netstar for 36 months. On the 36th month after their debit went off I phone them to cancel the contract since it has lapsed. I'm told I have to pay a cancelation fee. Why is that because I've done my part for the duration of the agreement, why am I being penalized for a contract that we agreed upon when it comes to an end? Somebody please 🙏 shed light for me on this.

I took out a policy of warranty which was sold by the dealer when I told them I wasn't taking a used performance car without a warranty, they never even showed me the contract only got it after a year and a half when I was trying to get my engine fixed. They only approved 10 k when the quote is over 50k sighting that engine overheated that the contract states that. But how can I be bound by a contract I never signed or even seen until the claim. They overlooked a bunch of things that are wrong with the engine and chose that because that's the one with less money to pay.
