I GAVE MY ADDRESS TO THE LADY THAT TOOK MY ORDER FOR DELIVERY. THE DRIVER THEN CALLED TO CONFIRM MY ADDRESS. YET FOR 1 AND A HALF HOURS IM WAITING FOR MY ORDER TO REACH ME. THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS PATHETIC. THIS IS THE JOLLY GRUBBER SITUATED IN SPRINGFIELD DURBAN
Since drivers have the option to decline rides they do just that. Instead of it making life easy, it makes things hard reason being one will spend hours trying to get a ride. Not only is that the issue. But most times the driver and car never match up to the profile. And the last straw was when I requested on my cousins app using the card. The driver started the trip and ended it within 1 minute and I was sent receipt. The service is terrible and I am disgusted.
