This company and their app are on the way out. They don't have money to pay out your claimed savings. It gets refunded to the account, with the excuse, Payment Rejected. Their Facebook account has comments disabled so people cannot complain. Emails taken eons to be responded to. What a crying Shame that Tiffany and team, have lost the plot.
Purchased a pillow for a family elder (R699) along with other home ware to the value of R1700+. Elder looked at the latex pillow and requested a regular hollow fibre pillow. Took the unopened pillow back to the store the very next day and store refuses to accept any refund/exchange. Manageress Hawa/Famida was arrogant,lacked empathy or understanding. Store policies refuse refunds on ANY purchases, which goes against consumer rights. I used to purchase here monthly to the value of R1000 + per visit. Sad to say, this store does not value customer support. After sales is poor with zero customer care. Do not shop here, Take your money where you are valued. I definitely DO NOT recommend this store, or its branch in Clairwood.
Worst online business ever! Places my order and paid. 10 days later, only part of my order is sent,due to the main item being out of stock. I had to contact them regarding this. ZERO communication from them . Since then j have requested a refund,sent I'm my banking details and it's excuse after excuse. They DO NOT respond to my emails. They do not have the item to supply and neither do they want to refund me. What kind of business is this?!!! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE!
