Zara Mall of Africa is such a trash store. From them forcing you to leave your trolley unattended with your valuables in it to the staff that is ALWAYS unhappy and unwilling to assist with ANYTHING! There is this light skinned girl at the ladies till who looks like she wants to punch everyone! I went to buy yesterday and my goodness you could swear I was there to beg them to give me those torn pants for free! Something needs to change or else I'm never stepping foot there again haibo!
It only took me less than 5 days to get the best deal when selling my car. I HIGHLY recommend Weelie!
I lived at Carlswald Luxury Apartments from March 2020 to January 2022. The worst experience of my life. Apart from the crime in the complex and 11 break ins in a space of 2 months, they have taken ALL my deposit AND charged me a further R3k! They listed ridiculous things like an old toilet seat and that I took curtain rails! All lies! I would never encourage anyone to live there lest they want stress! They are negligent in managing the estate and their communication and problem solving is wanting! I left the apartment spotless and even painted but they charged me for painting! I am not taking this lying down and I want my deposit back! They are scammers to say the least and abuse tenants!
Impact meters has such horrible service! Nthabiseng Masilompana does not even care to respond timeously to emails and never takes calls! I moved into a new place and I am without electricity! I am so frustrated! The call centre agents never know anything and are just useless really. I have sent numerous emails and it's just back and forth of them wanting this or the other! Absolute horrible service! I wish I did not have to deal with them.
My issue was resolved swiftly. Thank you Capitec. A special thank you to Takalani who works at the Capitec Sandton branch, he kept me updated through phone calls and following up on my issue. Takalani is a gem and gave a 5 star service through my frustrations ?
Capitec closed my account without even informing me and I found out myself when I tried to use the app. I then called the Capitec call centre and was told I need to go to the bank. I went to the bank on the 2nd of June and a guy from the Sandton branch called Takalani helped me. I was told there is a legal stop 50 on my account as the money I had received from a friend was involved in a suspected fraud incident. I then went to SAPS and produced documents requested by Capitec forensics. Everything was submitted by Takalani and he has been so helpful and even calls almost daily to inform me nothing has been done on my incident. I was supposed to have received feedback after 48hrs from the 2nd of June and to date Takalani and I have received no feedback. This is utterly disappointing as I'm a customer in good standing and even received my salary into my Capitec account for years now. I still have funds in my account that I cannot access. It's been 8 days and not a single word from Capitec.
