Broken processes
Over 30 days for the transaction to happen after acceptance of the creit- broken process. Don’t use them for private purchases - you will lose the deal - no-one can wait that long

Warranty Repairs
Warranty Repairs Makro is put in a bad light as they hand over the warranty repairs to CN-Electronics who do nothing - it has been a month since I reported a broken TV - it was collected a few days after the report, then I have been waiting for over 3 weeks and heard nothing. On getting through to the service centre, they say it is still not been actioned - ie awaiting repairs. So who knows how long it will be if I ever get it back.
