Shoevault.co.za is not a online store, but a scam.
This is a scam. I "bought" a pair of shoes for R 1200. Only after starting to wonder when they would come I realised the company only has a cellphone number which goes straight to voicemail and an unattended mailbox. Expensive lesson..

Absa idirect insurance, sick !!
Update on my complaint: Apparently because the policy holder who's claim was unjustly declined paid me most of my damage, all is well, and they don't see a reason to pay any of us and closed my complaint. I am not fighting for myself here, I am fighting for the guy who had to pay for both vehicles! Absa idirect and their attorneys who do the dirty work are criminals in partnership. I am disgusted, and I hope these people get the same treatment from someone they paid and trusted to look after them! Hope you sleep well at night guys.

Disgusting!
Makes me sick how they turn their cases over to vfv, a legal company full of arrogant people that have a standard answer "there is no cover, there is no cover" telling the one lie after the other. Nothing but white shirt criminals doing insurance fraud the other way around.
