The supplier is a cost leader and I was impressed with the excellent ongoing communication. The glasses are of good quality and arrived in the time frame promised. I can strongly recommend them.
No customer service, no replies to emails. Treated with rudeness and disrespect. Unable to resolve account in 12 months. Erwin Dorfling and Flamely Fourie copied into all correspondence requesting assistance - blatantly ignored. No confidence left in this company, its Management and employees.
We have been requesting Trudon to remove outdated and misrepresented media adverts, website domain (https://envirobiz.ypdigital.co.za) and facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/pages/category/Pest-Control-Service/Envirobiz-1216434041752268/) associated with Envirobiz CC since 9 July 2020. Our requests were however met with no response and nobody taking ownership or responsibility. Empty promises are made and whist we were promised that the sites will be removed it was never executed. Telephone lines are not attended to. Emails to the following individuals were met with no response and/or empty promises and ignoring our request for the removal of the misrepresented information: 1.
