I have submitted paid off letter to them and their credit solution Nimble group but they are still harassing me about emails requesting payment after 2 years. They stop for few months and continue again with this harassment. I am so tired and annoyed by them
Bad service, prescription incorrect doze according to the Pharmacist, don't respond to calls when trying to correct the matter. Once they did, they hang up then try on different days found someone with the name of Pillay requested me to send through the script for corrections, never came back to me. Tried again the receptionist promise to check for the script and come back to me UNTIL TODAY. The consultantation was on the 27th December 2021.
Came for SIM card problem, I wasassisted by seoshinie gounden from pinecrest with smile and she is so effective. Then my banking profile was reviewed and got the best out of banking with FNB. Explained products and the best way to reduce my debt plus saving options available. Amazingly she assisted me with understanding how besto to benefit from eRewards that I was loosing so much from. I a happy client of FNB and I have been with them for more than 10 years now.
