Claim
Not happy with claim outcome from my home content, I claimed for my fridge. reported that the fridge works, the freezer does not work. the technicians came now both sides don't work. claims department says it is a coincident that it failed after they came so they should live it at the same state not for both sides not working.

I purchased my house from you being a first time owner in 2022. New house that is full of cracks and falling furnishings. I have sent a couple of emails since 2022 and being told it’s how they operate. Cheap materials being used. My whole roof is leaking, my sliding doors also have air coming in. This is ****s as their target market is young black people who are first time home buyers. Every where I have collegues and friends who bought from them have complaints. My front door had a key lock problem since I had moved in and know one had noted that. I have a list of snags that I had reported and they are still the same.
