Be wary of this ********* attorney. He will mislead you deliberately to make an extra buck. Best is just stay away from him and his company in Main Road Bergvliet

i10 Safety Hazard with locking mechanism! Beware!
One would expect the basics in a brand new vehicle like an alarm and immobilizer. Especially when you must fork out a price tag in excess of R220 000. Here is where the problem starts. There No Alarm now immobilizer on the New Hyundai i10! Hyundai would recommend this Mark guy to install the alarm at your cost! After how many calls the alarm and door mechanism still malfunctions on all doors! My wife took her car to Hyundai N1 yesterday, it's even worse now! She is often stuck in her own vehicle with unlocking mechanism malfunctioning! God forbid that she needs to get out in a hurry in an emergency! This problem had been dragging on for months since she bought it brand new from Hyundai N1 city. This is a danger. Rather stick to German vehicles with all the basics and safety features factory fitted. Percy Martin.

Watchout for Cartract unauthorized deductions
I always have this problem with cartract with all my vehicles I installed cartract! They advertise R99 per month but always deduct more! My last vehicle was sold and for some unexplained reason the unauthorized deductions from my banking account continue with an amount that is more than R400% the agreed amount! Cartract provides the service. They just have to learn the morale and ethical value that it's ******* to con people by their unauthorized deductions. PERCY MARTIN

Exorbitant Cost and Poor Service!
Exorbitant cost and Poor Service. Let this serves as a warning to those who want to make use of the service of Leon van Rensburg Attorneys. To give some insight: I made use of this attorney about 10 years ago for an antenaptuel contact prior to marriage.The service was good with the normal One consultation and the cost in line with other attorneys rate at the time. However last year we consulted Leon van Rensburg for the exact same service. He could not give me a price like he did the last time. We had to come back several to his office for a simple Antenaptuel contract! This is an ********* manner of generating extra revenue out of unsuspecting clients or purely incompetence to complete it in one consultation. The long and the short: I'm the end he charged us R10 000,00 (Ten Thousand Rand!) We obviously didn't budged for that exuberant amount! Especially when you planning marriage. We brought the amount down to R7000. Leon summons us and with all the cost the anonym exceeded R10 000,00 again! We still do not have a antenaptuel contract after paying all that money. We do not have any receipts or statements of our payments. My emails get ignored! My request for the antenaptuel contract never materialize. I doubt whether there is an antenaptuel contract. Another attorney drafted an antenaptuel contract in less than 30 minutes and charged me 10% of what Leon van Rensburg charged me. Should you needed a marriage contract, let me regret you too competent and ethical attorneys that are not greedy and ****** funds from unsuspecting clients. Percy Martin

Unethical and Criminal!
Very ingenious and quick way to get a ride. The concept is simple and easy. Owners rent out their vechles and earn an additional income. The owners I have dealt with are very friendly and forthcoming to make the transaction as smooth and pleasant for such they deserve a 5 Star Rating! However, the problem is the management of Rentmyride that fail to pay it your deposit on time! They will try and hold on to it for as long as possible to ensure a positive interest rate in their account and after 7 days you get a notice that it would be paid out in another 7 days time! This is not only Unethical but also Criminal! So be Warned!!! PERCY MARTIN

No more value for money
PMD Cover growth that I have been promoting and raving so for the past years is No more that cover that offers value for money. New conditions like paying excess of R5000 is one of the major draw backs among others. It is the norm to pay excess with certain insurance but when it comes to savings it's not on. You build up your savings and most so pay excess. Discovered this recently with my claim on one of my vehicles. The competition offer much better deals now. PMD is no longer value for money. Shop around. I don't want to mention company names here. Watch this space for recommendations of reputable companies that offer value for money. Percy Martin

Service excellence! I don't always advertise. But when I get good service and good products it's something I'll definitely share with the World! The store is small but very clean and hygienic. The COVID-19 protocols are strictly followed. Concurrently situated on the old Paarl road between Brackenfel boulevard and the Brackenfel Hypermarket. Friendly and helpful cashers. The store managers Miss Terreblanche assisted me promptly with my purchase but the best part of this little shop are the low low price! Unbelievable that people are crowding the store to take advantage of these bargains. 5l Ice creams tubs, yoghurt, cream, and full cream milk are all fresh and at very reasonable prices! I have only seen a limit on the cream but all the other things you can feel free to shop till you drop. There are other branches in Durbanville, Kuilsriver but I have only been to the one in brackenfel and I'm not disappointed. I'll definitely pop in there again to get my ice cream! MTN Data SIM Scam
One of the scams I have encountered is that MTN offer you a data/wifi contact with sim card to be delivered. When the SIM card is delivered it is a Dud! Not working! You are giving instructions to keep it in your cellphone for 24hrs where it will then be activated. Surprise surprise! Nothing happens but your debit orders goes off! Useless sending all this emails etc. Now I see an adverse advisory on my credit score as MTN listed me on the credit bureau. That because I stated in one of my many emails to them that I am not paying for a dud SIM card neither do I pay for services not delivered! Be aware of this scam by MTN. Percy Martin
