My name is Francisca Likotsi Spoke to Sharne fromJacobs from telkom advised i am still owing R 1071.42 i also got a call stating i am owing over R 2000 i had called in last year asking as to what was going on with my account is there go in and when they want theres a time in august where they took over R 20000 and other they will debit 1000 and couple rand where as my installment is R 200 i was advised that my contracted had ended and everything was cancelled was given a refference number 1493722189AH and again there was an sms to confirm Telkom SA: Dear Customer, Your query will be attended to.Your case number is 69284466 Please do not reply to this SMS.....and i the second sms was to say they cancelled it ref no;68812345 they have been so inconsistant and very unprofessional i also spoke to one of the consultant around july she was very rude and advised i can go speak to her team leader if i wanted, i asked to speak to the leader said she is home the service is very poor and they just robbing people wanna get rich over night through our hard work i am really not happy and disappointed with the service i have been calling in on various occassions but no one is willing to assist me
I just spoke to Nomusa Gwaza which is a telkom consultant, I called to enquire about my account, I have a contract with telkom where by I pay 259 per month my debit order date I'd the 20th monthly, for the month of November telkom debited and debit order returned unpaid, however on the 26th on November the tracker debited the same amount an account was up to date December they debited double on the 20th instead of 1 installment I reversed it now today they tried to debit R923. 40 I called to ask what is the amount for the lady was so rude told me I'm behind, she does not know what I want and she will drop the call if I don't have anything to say, I asked her to speak to the superior, she said her supervisor was at home, I told her she need to be trained on how to handle the customers and try to resolve the issue not to be this rude or if she does not have or know the answer she must just say she does not know she hung up the call and my problem is still not resolved, telkom honesty the service is poor, the stuff is not professional at all
I had contacted the company as I had issues with my fridge they came fixed it It worked fine paid them over R900, was told there's a warranty of 6 months that was on the 12 of April my fridge started no cooling things on the top and my freezer also stopped working have been calling them and sending messages they promised to come on the 16 June till today no one has come things in the fridge are now rotten and no 1 will be reimburse for them I need help
