Always a pleasant Afrikaans venue and experience at the “reliable”, “good food” Bosvelder. Remember to make a booking on Sundays as they are very popular. I cannot think of any bad except experience/service here and we’ve been a supporter for many years, even when they were at the old venue. Keep up the good work and excellent food that is value for money…
that the parking is R770 for 3 days parking, yet we we were away for only 3 days. Our flight SA562 was delayed with at least an hour. When attempting to pay my parking ticket was unreadable. After being shunt around from one Pay Station to the other with two broken meters and the “big machine” not wanting to issue another client a ticket and being shunt again from level 3 to level 2 to another machine and then lastly to level 1. I eventually came to the Parking Management, spoke to the staff member, she said I parked at the wrong level, yet I parked at level 3. I said that the price is “ridiculous” for 3 days, she then mentioned it is R220 per day, I thought I saw R180 per day, yet we were away for only 3 and maybe 1-2 hours plus additional 30min just to sort out the ticket. She then just ignored me after I mentioned that the price is “ridiculous” and it doesn’t feel like I’m a valued customer. She then said I’m swearing at her. I mentioned to het that “ridiculous” is an English word and not a swear word, then she said she doesn’t speak English and this is a business. Now I’m all for the idea of that it is a business and all but I didn’t want to park at the Airport, I have to park at the airport because I have to use the Airplane…. If this is a business then you should value your customers and educate your staff members to speak an international language at all international airports…. I’m disgusted with the attitude of your staff members and professional courtesy and stop asking exorbitant fees for something that should be a free service in the end because one “has” no choice but to park a car at the airport on last minute. I will not use your parkade again.
These guys are a ****. They tell you you need a special Thermal Crate to transport your beloved kitten/dog in and have to deposit R22 350 for the Thermal Crate and will refund you upon delivery. They then ask for more money by stating you need Insurance for your pet at R35 000. Don't trust them don't make payments
They are a ****… don’t trust someone in Port Shepstone going by the name Ryan Randstad from https://excellentkittensbreeder.co.za/. They send you picture and choose a company by the name Global Express Pet Courier https://globalexpresspetcourier.net/ and ask for a special Thermal Temperature Regulator Crate.
They pitch up late, by 4 hours. Don’t answer calls in time, have unlicensed trucks. Luckily due to their unlicensed truck they were unable to enter the estate. We paid our deposit and when cancelled we have to wait 3 weeks for refund, that is if they don’t run away with the money.
