Excellent service from Tshwaraganag Manaka and Lauren Jones. They went the extra mile to assist me and made sure I was happy
The Treat Arbour crossing is the worst place to have anything done. Everyone that works there including the owner has a terrible attitude. They speak about you in Zulu while you are there. I went there for the 1st time, the lady that did my nails was so rude. She didn't listen to anything Inwas saying and did her own things. She even put on a color I didn't want. They speak so ill of previous customers and laugh at everyone. They should first try to brush up on their sour personalities. They are angry at the whole world. I went back the 2nd time in a space of a week to try and get them to fix what they originally did wrong. They knew I complained and gave me the worst person ever. She hurt me so badly. She was so rough and filed right through my skin. They are evil and despicable and disrespectful and disgraceful. This business deserves to go down and they will with their terrible attitude. I am yet to meet anyone that has had a pleasant experience there.
Biggest scam. The phone line doesn't exist. they don't answer emails. Sent numerous emails. no response.
NOT WORTH ANY STARS…..I accepted an offer which was advertised on Facebook (Photography packages). I tried calling all the numbers related to DFD Studios, DREAM WORKS FOR DURBAN. Non worked and I politely mentioned that on Facebook and was rudely answered. Someone else saw those comments and added that DFD should be polite and provide the correct numbers. On that very same ad, there was a thread of comments with unhappy clients stating that Bella was very impolite with them and due to this, they will not use the service. I, however, receive a call from the infamous SAMEER, sweet talker of note. Spoke of his “very expensive camera” and how he has many people training under him. And that he didn’t want to send any armatures to my event, hence he came himself. I was blown away with his talks. He arrived, took 3000 pics (so he says) before we actually started the party. In front of a room full of guests, he opened his laptop and started transferring the 3000 images onto his laptop. Thereafter, he started taking more pics. Trigger happy. I was so impressed, like WOW, this guy captured every moment. How nice of him. Little did I know he would never give us those pictures. We then paid him the balance of the money on that same day of our function and sent the proof of payment. Trusting him to do the right thing and send us all images, he never did so. Promising and promising to deliver and never did so. We called, sent WhatsApp’s, sent emails and he never replies. Sent a msg to his wife, Bella and neither does she respond. He spoke about them being a “power couple”, Such people encourage, motivate and empower each other, and NOT entertain each other bad services and take people money and don’t deliver. He did do a banner for me, a very nice banner, thank you for that. He promised to put these images on a memory stick for me. He then uses We transfer to send me pics. That app didn’t work as there were thousands of pics and he sent 1 email with 146 images and another email with 98 images. I tried many times to download them but it all failed because there were too many images, I was not able to zip the file and download. Even he confirmed that there were too many images, hence it did not download. Promises after promises, he sent 3 drivers to deliver our pics who never pitched. Seems like they were nonexistent. He excuses were so lame and unbelievable. I then got upset and posted on that same Facebook ad that I have received bad service. I immediately received a WhatsApp msg from Samir, attacking me and threatening to delete all our pictures. He then removed that ad and also removed the DFD studios Facebook page. Coward, unable to take criticism for his wrong doings. Pictures are moments captured that people entrust photographers with. We don’t expect this type of service from them. I do have all communication with these people on record. He then delivered a memory stick to us which he claimed he went out of his way to buy. It’s an old used, dented memory stick which he definitely didn’t buy for me (I have pictures). On this stick there are 198 pictures, worst pics ever. I could have taken better pics with my phone. He says he doesn’t know how only 198 pics got transferred and asked us to send him a screen shot which we did. He then promised to come here with his laptop and transfer all the raw images which he never did. He has since, switch off his phones and never replies to emails. It’s over a month now, we still haven’t received all our pictures and videos as per the arrangement. This is the trashy service I have endured with these people. Never to be trusted. Such people never go far in life. And I hope they don’t pass these bad traits onto others since he claims to be such an influencer. Bad customer service reaches twice as many ears, Please don’t forget that SAMEER… I pleaded with you and tolerated your lies far too long
