I have been substituted and submitted by proof of banking for a refund in February. I have been contacting them telephonically and by email to no avail yet other members have received their refund. I phone from my cellular phone and it costs me money every time I phone, yet I do not get the assistance I need. I have been promised that my refund would take place and then when I contacted them before the race I was advised that they only deal with race enquiries and will have to contact them again. I have been phoning non-stop yet the phones are not answered
I bought a laptop from the Incredible Connection Galleria branch on the 18th of April 2021. The laptop was sold with Window 10 preinstalled. Within 3 weeks of buying the laptop a message started popping up says that the windows will expire soon. When contacting the branch I was told to bring the laptop in. I took the laptop back to them and the technician did some updates and said that he has never seen this error message before and wants to sent the laptop to be checked out (a process which would take 4 - 6 weeks). The laptop was bought to enable me to work from home. I decided to get my own IT guy to look at the laptop. He told me to ask them for the windows key code, which I duly did but no one could assist me and I took the laptop back to their branch the next Saturday. Nobody could assist me and once again I was told that the laptop needed to be booked in and sent away to be checked out. Eventually we relented and took the laptop back to them and booked it in on the 4th of June 2021. I phoned a week later and still they couldn't tell me what was wrong with the laptop - I have not had a response from them. I lodged a complaint on their Facebook page and received a complaint number but nobody has contacted me. I asked for a refund as I paid cash and was told that is not possible.
