Follow up on this training center. It has come to my attention that there are candidates that have been waiting more than year for there certificate. I personally have been waiting from 2021 for mine.
Hello Peter After I did my training at MCD I haven't received my Certificate. I written it on the 1 September 2021. MCD's facilitator, insure me that I will have my Certificate before December. Yes I did pass it, and have the proof. But back to my point. After many emails and phone calls, they ( MCD) said I must email Merseta directly to ask them. To this date, I have no reply. But it comes back to this. They (MCD) must insure that the students get there Certificate. Why should a student always be on there case for this. It is unprofessional from there side. If I can give anyone that is considering to Study at MCD, don't. You don't need this headache. If any company wants to sent the workers there, Be careful and be on them. Don't pay upfront. (my mistake) They will give you the runaround. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
Hello Peter. After I did my training at MCD, they keep blowing me off. I was assured that I would have my certification after 3 months. I written and did my final, and passed my course. Yet to this date I haven't received my certificate. And now we are heading to 5 months. 2 months longer and counting. We are already in a new year too. I honestly don't know where to turn. I think that I made the mistake of paying everything upfront. please help. If anyone of MCD training college in Meyerton see this? Come on, MCD needs to speed up things. And if anyone that wants to go study there, think twice, maybe they will let you wait even longer than what I am waiting now. And do pay them upfront. Learn out of my mistake.
Dear MTN. Thank you for the service or none service. I got myself one off your data sim deals. From day one, I have no service. Now I get a bill of R1024 on a data sim that never worked. I spent hours on the phone calls to your customer service, that is being run by idiots. After 20 plus emails giving the same information over and over again, Yet no internet connection. After as sim swap, bought a new router even tried loading data. It only cost me more money with no change and NO INTERNET CONNECTION. I have cancelled it twice. Yet I get a bill of R 1024. Thank you for the unprofessional service from your staff. MY RECOMMENDATION IS TO THE PUBLIC, DON'T EVEN CONSIDER MTN SOUTH AFRICA.
