Hi, I took out a policy in 2012 for my parents with Old Mutual Greenlight - last year I didn't make payment for 3 months - I requested revival forms after the 3 month - I sent the forms in August, the revival deadline was the 1 December - They acknowledged my forms but didn't process the revival I have been in contact with the complaints department since August till today they keep saying its a technical error they will get back to me, they stopped replying to my emails, I lose all that money I paid since 2012, no one wants to assist me, please help
Bad service managers and staff members have attitude when returning an item, they refuse to refund my money everyday they have excuses no money in the till they have no alternative solution and they literally chase you out of the shop, when buying they quick to run and get the items but when returning they have attitude, even the managers are never available. Do not buy from them not worth the hassel.
Jonathan from Speed Queen repairs Pretoria and Johannesburg is not a genuine person he came to fix the machine we paid him a lot of money it only worked for 1 month then stopped working. I have been begging him for more than 3 months to come and check as he gave us a guarantee, he kept on refusing, having multiple excuses no car then his sick then no clients, everytime he has something to say, now when I am asking him when he is coming out he has the nerve to be rude to me and again he can't come. Don't use him at all you will regret it!
