I bought a polo in 2018 feom Barons Tokai . Since day 1 it has been problems, firstly they sell products and lie about the services which policies offer for example the maintenance plan and the service plan never ever delivered what was promised by the salesman , I've been very disappointed by the service recieved from the branch. The don't not service the vehicle correctly. It's always a problem with my policy when servicing and repairs need to be done . They never call to tell me the vehicle is available for collection it's always I have to call in and then I find out the car has been done for hours . I request call back then a week later I'm still waiting for a call back . They sold me a car with damage on the bumper and refuse to repair it . The promised full coverage of anything on my vehicle I specifically remember asking the salesman that to give me a policy that will cover everything the car would need , his response was " dont worry Mr Southgate the only they the policy doesn't cover is the fuel in your tank and tyres" but every year I have to pay out of my pocket for a alignment. They sold me a scratch and dent which was never registered with the company I am still trying to get repairs done on this vehicle, everything that needs to be done is like pulling teeth . Why must it be so different to get what I paid for . I would just like to say I love the Volkswagen group I have 3 VW vehicles I own, but the service and headaches I have to go threw when dealing with the branch is always l a nightmare.
I've had a tracker with netstar since 2018 , I paid approximately R6500.00 for the installation and equipment from VW barons tokai , the product never worked as promised. I informed than in January 2021 of cancellation of the policy , they refused to accept the cancellation. They know say I am in debt with the policy .
On the 27th of October 2019 at approximately 23:00 , I got injured at work I fell while climbing a ladder . I was transported to Kingsbury Hospital by ambulance. I sustained neck and back injuries do to the fall . I was informed by the nursing staff of the hospital that no treatment will be given by the hospital until I.O.D paperwork was present . This is the against the ethics of the H.P.C.S.A as any person request medical treatment should receive it. My family was woken up and my sister brought the correct paperwork to the Hospital . I was in an extreme about of pain and the staff refused to treat me without paperwork, I was approximately 2 to 3 hours in pain while treatment by the hospital was refused . After receiving the paperwork requirement, I received treatment and removal of my P.P.E . My sister took my Fire gear home and waited for a call to collect me at the Hospital . The I.O.D case was opened and the hospital originally made it an I.O.D case but during the course of the morning decided to make me a private patient which means for the cost of the medical expenses would come to me instead of being a I.O.D . Kingsbury Hospital is fully aware that it is a I.O.D yet the handed me over to NuDebt management for collection of the funds and NuDebt management has listed my name on the ITC for none payment . In consultation Kingsbury Hospital failed to treat a patient requesting medical assistance due to no paperwork, it is a ethical violation. Fraudulent changed my account from a I.O.D into a private patient without a reason.
