With my tight budget and all, you have provided the friendliest service every day with a smile, you have catered for my adult daughter as well and only charged me for one adult. In these tough times, services like yours and personal effort don't come around often. After placing an order with Supersonic on 4/5 June 2021. We were told that it takes 7-14 days for orders. We were on day 15 already and no joy. We have gone with another ISP now only to find out that Supersonic still has a latch on our fibre line. No one told us that we need to send an email to the cancellations department as well, requesting them to cancel our account and release our line. After numerous phone calls and leaving messages for the Project Manager to call me back while our order was in progress, nothing was done. Their service is extremely poor. We have had to use hundreds of rands in airtime to follow up all the time and to try cancel. Not sure they know what they doing. Do not use them as your ISP. We have been inconvenienced for almost a month now, without internet because of their extremely poor service!!!
