Hello Peter I received a call from cell c customer care I was told that I have a contract with them for two phones so I told them that I never took anything and I never agreed on anything with them I don't even have those phones so they told me that I have to go to the store and report this I went to the store and I did report and submit all the documents they want from me at cell c store in benoni oh wow the manager was so rude and accusing me that I shouldn't act innocent as if I don't know that I took the phones cell c employees they are working with people who are ****ming us how can you use someone else information to make debts I want the person who was responsible for this to be punished and they should give me the recording where they say I did I agree to Their contract as for Kutlwano from cell c store Benoni lake side they should teach her how to speak with customers she must stop using her power of being a manager to treat customers like trash and threaten them that shows that she also treat her staff badly she must be train how to handle customers jst bcuz we came there complaining that doesn't give her the right to accuse us for something we don't know off cuz I wudnt come there if I knew that I took the phones please I need cell c to do a thoroughly investigation on how did it happened in their present I can't be held accountable for something I dnt even have Nd I ddnt even agreed on and they should stop trying to debit money from my account I dnt owe them anything Retrain Kutlwano teach her how to be a manager and a good leader to her staff without customers won't be be working jst knw that it customers that pays Ur salary learn to respect those who puts food on Ur table .....
Hello Peter I took a contract phone at Vodacom last month I was told dat they will debit da money between 4-5 on may I shud keep ma money on ma account so they didn't take a money on dat two days they went to ma account on the 7th which it wasnt da date we agreed on wen I went to pay they said am owing 358 I was already in arrears for their own mistake today I went there again to pay da 100 penalty fee when I check I was already owing R506 I asked them how come they said I shud phone their accounts office which I've been doin wen I call them they send me to da shop so now I want them to fix their mistake so I can continue pay for da phone Nd one of their worker told me dat they can't do a sim swap for cuz am in arrears plz help me I've been goin in Nd out at Vodacom without any help
