Mweb is completely useless. No way of any actual engagement
What a useless frustrating bunch. I have tried calling but after holding on for hours one just gets cut off. I tried the live chat online. No response, just "waiting to be connected". Tried WhatsApp, same result. Tried live chat (anything but live) on the Mweb App with no response or progress. I have been trying to make contact for four days now without success.

Stay away from GoSolr and Sparki Solar Installations
Make appointments but just don't pitch. As the customer I had to follow up and ask when they will be at the premises. I was told that the installer is on his way but that he'll contact me. The installer in turn informed me that he had no appointment with me. I tried to contact GoSolr but after being "first in line" alternating with "you are now caller no 2" for 15 minutes I just gave up. Imagine something goes wrong with the system and one needs to rely on these two companies to assist. Stay away from GoSolr and Sparki Solar Installations.

Absa Clearwater Useless
The branch at Clearwater Mall is completely useless. Long queues and one teller! Unfortunately, I need to deposit cash once in a while and it NEVER takes less than 30 - 40 minutes. Really pathetic

Poor technical knowledge, no after sales service
They calculated the number of downpipes required incorrectly, or the diameter of the downpipes is too small, which means that the gutters are overflowing. This has now caused secondary damage. Several requests to assess and rectify the situation was just met with silence. No progress. I just wish I had checked Hellopeter before I forked out my money.

MediPet Excellent!
We've had Medipet insurance from the first time we took our boerboel puppy to the vet for vaccination. During the years Medipet had been excellent! Claims were never an issue, the service was excellent and we always felt that they cared. We never hesitated to take our dog to the vet when we had an emergency because we knew we had Medipet and that they would be reasonable about the claim. Thank you for being there for us.
