Worst Customer service ever
I have bought online, and only half of my parcel came. For a month now they say they will escalate the matter and come back to me but nothing happens

Doesn't help to buy a Smael watch
If I could give minus stars, I would have... I'm struggling for over a month with faulty apps to connect my watch to my phone. They said they will come and fetch the watch to fix the problem, but still they haven't. And all the while I can't use my watch so it is a waste
