Their service is fantastic, although I have my doubts about the LIGE products they sell. I have now returned my second watch and is expecting the third soon. They had no problems to return and promptly supply me with a new one. I will see how the next one goes! Eyes wide shut :-)

-10 Stars I have received my watch on Friday 26 May, the battery is very poor. You have a 3 months warranty but you have to send it back with the original plastic on the watch and the charger itself??? How in the world will you be able to charge the watch to see if it works when you are not allowed to remove the plastic.Today is Monday 29 May and the App keeps on crashing, stating that there is a bug, I must update the app or wait for the developer to fix the bug. Here is another question, how do you update the app if it doesn't even want to open? I am very disappointed, I want to send this watch back and receive my full refund.

I bought a Smael watch a year ago. Afyer 6 months it stopped working. I went and bought new batteries. I pais someone to put the batteries in, just to find out it was the watch itself that was faulty. After struggling for almost a month to get hold of these people. They said we need to send the watch back, they wil pay for half the fees. Well no refund received. After waiting for their response they tild me i can i have a refund or another watch. I took another watch. 8 months later they tell me the warrenty expired. I have phone the office in CT. Well the nr is a CT nr. No one is answering the phone. So i paid R650 for a watch that was only working for 8 months. Thats great hey

I've not even had the watch for a full year, and had both batteries replaced by a jeweler, after which the digits went out of sync, so the jeweler advised to contact SMAEL as it probably needs a hard reset.. So ,I have been trying to get hold of a consultant with regards to my faulty watch. Called their land line 021 813 9537 (No answer) and email (support@smael.co.za) Today got a response via whatsapp (064 776 8404) and the response from SMAEL : "So sorry to see it like that but our watches are only under a 6 month warranty, perhaps get the jeweler to see why the display is faulty but I know repairs are far more costly than replacing" So you telling me I must rather buy another watch from you??!!??!

If I could give minus stars, I would have... I'm struggling for over a month with faulty apps to connect my watch to my phone. They said they will come and fetch the watch to fix the problem, but still they haven't. And all the while I can't use my watch so it is a waste
