We bought a tv about 7 months ago. One evening the screen went blue. Took the tv back. The gentlemen working at that stage in the back was very helpfull. So i went in today 28/02/2022. To go and fetch my new tv as the old wasnt replaceable. So as i walked in the gentlemen in the front was very helpfull until i went to the back where a lady or guy is working. I think its a she. What a very rude person. The way she spoke to me was shocking. How on earth do you employ such people. I dont think i will ever buy again from you. Because your customer service is not up to standard.
I bought a Smael watch a year ago. Afyer 6 months it stopped working. I went and bought new batteries. I pais someone to put the batteries in, just to find out it was the watch itself that was faulty. After struggling for almost a month to get hold of these people. They said we need to send the watch back, they wil pay for half the fees. Well no refund received. After waiting for their response they tild me i can i have a refund or another watch. I took another watch. 8 months later they tell me the warrenty expired. I have phone the office in CT. Well the nr is a CT nr. No one is answering the phone. So i paid R650 for a watch that was only working for 8 months. Thats great hey
