Oustanding Service!!!
I can’t recommend Farrel highly enough. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely honest — the kind of person you instantly feel you can trust. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and you can tell he takes real pride in his work. A person of true integrity, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I won't be going to anyone else!

Exemplary service - Monique Lloyd - Payment Consultant - Debtsafe.
Herewith my experience with Debtsafe. I have been with them for a number of years and things have been running like clockwork. I was recently referred for cancer tests at a facility 300 km's from home. This entails extensive traveling, co-payments to specialists as well as accommodation for my wife while I'm in hospital. I had to make arrangements with Debtsafe to defer payments as the additional expenses is unaffordable should I have to continue paying my dues to Debtsafe. I was contacted by Monique Lloyd, Payments Consultant at Debtsafe. She went out of her way to facilitate my application for reduced payments. It was granted. She furthermore ensured that distribution of available funds was firstly app**** to keep my insurance policy, that has critical benefit and death cover, up to date. When one is faced with a serious medical condition it is overwhelming and the last thing one needs is to battle with financial matters. Monique, thank your help, your many emails to keep me updated and your compassion towards me and my situation. It is not often one gets to praise exemplary service. Monique deserves every accolade, and I am blessed to have her handling my payment arrangements. Thank you Monique, from me and my family. God bless you.

Unlimited scam
If you get a marketing call from The Unlimited, best you put down the phone immediately. These idiots undertake to to send you terms and conditions, in my case for scratch and dent cover, in order you can evaluate their product prior to signing on. They are very quick to secure your banking details before they provide clarity about their product. They pounce on your bank account before you signed up. I have had three deductions from my account without signing on or giving them permission to action a debit order. When you query their theft you are told that they only action approved debit orders and that there is another number you must call to stop the process. Email replies from their Creditor Dept is non commital and results in no action being taken to remedy the situation. I am going to the police to lay a charge of theft. Run from these scamsters. Run.

Shocking customer service
I bought a 2nd hand BMW from this crowd. After 150 kms the engine warning light came on and the car went into limp mode. Quotation from BMW dealer came to R78000, 00 to fix the vehicle. We buy cars claimed I had bought the car via auction WHICH I DIDN'T! They wanted nothing to do with my problems. I offered (before the quotation was obtained) to return the vehicle and buy another one from them in lieu. They refused to assist in any manner and stopped all communication with me. Take extreme care when buying from this crowd. I won't recommend anyone go near them!
