Do not trust this company, first of all they tell you something is R199.00 and they deduct R374.72, suddenly the same company deducts R690.77 from my account and I get to hear from my bank that this company is a subscription company. SUBSCRIPTION FOR WHAT??????
Worst service ever, they take your money and doesn't answer your emails. Take forever to deliver.

My brother-in-law has to go for a neck operation on Tuesday, the 5th of November and the medical aid told him that he must first pay R10 900.00 before he can get the operation, after that, he can claim it back. I am sorry, but what nonsense is this!!! Who walks with R10 900.00 in their back pocket? Now you want them to wait up until Friday before you give feedback regarding the motivation letter of the specialist???? They cannot wait till then and they cannot pay R10 900.00, even if they can afford it, WHEN ARE THEY GOING TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK IF THEY CLAIM IT???? THIS IS TRUELY UNACCEPTABLE. -10 Stars I have received my watch on Friday 26 May, the battery is very poor. You have a 3 months warranty but you have to send it back with the original plastic on the watch and the charger itself??? How in the world will you be able to charge the watch to see if it works when you are not allowed to remove the plastic.Today is Monday 29 May and the App keeps on crashing, stating that there is a bug, I must update the app or wait for the developer to fix the bug. Here is another question, how do you update the app if it doesn't even want to open? I am very disappointed, I want to send this watch back and receive my full refund.
