Missing payment Saga
I used the payshap method to pay R3000 from my account to my mothers account which is also a Capitac bank account , this money was for Funeral purposes, the money went out of my account but it didn't go through to my mothers account it became a missing payment , I logged an inquire (ref no; 134456523)72 hours passed without any feedback I had to call to do a follow up . and I was just told that the is no feedback yet they logged a follow up inquire(ref no 134557610}. i never felt so helpless in my life , they bank i trusted just fails to assist me with this technical matter worse part when i needed their assistance the most.im disappointed with Capital bank turn around time regarding such issues, Their escalation team doesn't have a sense of emergency regarding such sensitive matters. i regret the day i signed up with Capitacbank

Unexpected premium increase
I'm very disappointed on Vuyo funerals.financial we are all facing hard time as a country that's a fact, I just joined Vuyo for one month my premium was 415 I was happy with that, the second debit date I told I'm suppose to pay R455 how is that even possible, I'm with the company for only a month not even a year, did they even consider how this is going to affect my budget.if they plain to increase prices they should consider increasing plans that are already with them for a year. I'm very disappointed.

Holland funeral policy a nightmare
I received that my premium is increasing on July for my two policies I have with the company, I was cool with that because they increase every year but I just received an sms that they are increasing both my policy again in August, how is that possible? I tried to call their lines are down in my area here in soweto they closed their walk in braniches it's been two years now...For anyone who wants to join this company please don't , I have been with them for 10 years and I regret it,its easy for them to take your money and double charge you,and guess what? You will never find answers to why they do so because all their lines are down,imagine if you had to claim
