I received the best spa treatment. However, this spa offered me the worst communication and hassle in making a booking. It was a headache to make a booking due to them not answering calls not being answered, emails not being answered and having to resort to a WhatsApp which also had a delay. I then received such a late date due to delayed response. When you arrive at the spa, there are two young ladies sitting at reception and not assisting guests. The same lady that did my spa treatment is the same lady that has to run around and ensured that I received my entitled treats pre and post my spa treatment. While these two young ladies are sitting at receipting doing nothing but look at each other and not work. I have been to this particular spa many times before this is was the worst service and unfair treatment and underwhelming. Highlight disappointed.
Good day, I trust this email finds you well. I’m appalled at the service I just serviced. My reference for the call I made is 969573 with some African lady just now (check the time). I wasted 30 minutes on the phone to eventually speak to an agent who could get me a settlement amount meaning that I can’t pay today and meaning that Game RCS callers will hound and bombard me with calls again of not paying yet I’m waiting for a settlement amount that I didn’t get after was listing my time calling? What was the point in calling if I have to waste my time and call again in 48 to get it? Send me the settlement amount and close my account. To think that I don’t even owe this company anything I simply paying to keep this card active is insane. Regards
