Claim was handled efficiently & registered by a friendly agent Micaela who guided me on the process.
I ordered a meal online on the 20/02/22 at 12;32 which stated i wanted a breast piece, only to discover that at supper time is was a leg piece. I complained to store Manager and customer care .To date the manager refuses to correct the order stating that on the till slip it does not state a breast piece but on the online order it shows what I ordered. Furthermore there was no condiments in the package and this is the second time I received poor service from the same employee. I hope the manager and customer care treats their customers right, as we pay for what we order, and not for poor service.

I ordered 2 items a steam iron and computer bag, and paid via credit card on 18 /19may 2021. No delivery has taken place despite twice being promised . The company has disappeared into thin air and my bank says i cannot do a charge back as the company has already banked the transactions, and now we left penniless and good - less... what a sad world we live in to be ripped off by these unscrupulous company.
